Learn how to make your own humu papale (feather hat band) to adorn your favorite papale (hat) from start to finish. ALL supplies included to include 2 oz of feathers, felt, needles, thread, nippers, velcro, etc. ALL instruction to complete this project. You will not complete this in class.

Basic sewing skills and good fine motor skills beneficial. Not for children under age 14.
