25" Blue Peacock with "gold penny" peacock accent Humu Papale ( feather hat band)

Here it is! This incredible 25" handmade lei humu papale (feather hat band) was made directly from a beautiful pelt. Each feather was then sewn in place with 4-5 stitches each. Gold penny accents - the feathers on the back of the peacock - are used as accents. This very full humu papale is a crown jewel for the most discerning customer.
