25" Blue peacock with blue/gold penny accents humu papale (feather hatband)

This gorgeous peacock hatband is not as thick as usual but has a big presence! Made to be a little more affordable this humu papale is made with blue peacock interspersed with the penny feathers that are in the transition from blue to gold. Only a few of these are on each bird so this lei has a big bang for the buck.
