24" Melanistic pheasant w/gold peacock pauku humu papale (feather hat band)

Very luminescent and gorgeous. This 24" hat band is made with feathers from the  blue melanistic pheasant that boasts deep blue and green feathers. A more majestic cousin to the ringneck pheasant.
