This humu papa is a favorite w/ felt backing. Anuenue means "rainbow" or "favored one". This particular lei is made with hundreds of feathers that took over a year to accumulate. This lei includes multiple feathers from multiple birds. In particular, 5-different Lady Amherst pheasant feathers; 2-melanistic pheasant; 3-blue peacock, 4- Ringneck pheasant, 3-Reeves Venery Pheasant, 3-Golden pheasant, Silver pheasant, Macaw parrot, Guinea hen, Chukar and Rose-ringed Parakeet feathers.
