23-1/2" Blue Melanistic Pheasant Humu Papale (feather hat band)

This gorgeous humu papa is made with the very iridescent "heart" feathers of the blue melanistic pheasant. Colors of blue, green and violet sparkle across in lighting. It took 4 pelts of this beautiful bird to have enough of these select feathers to complete. Little pa'uku (accents) of the white of the Ringneck pheasant are dotted every 4 inches to add a little something.
